Transfer Students

Students wishing to transfer into Slocum ISD need to fill out the following forms.

1. A Non-Resident Student Contact and Transfer Application. (see below)

2. Please wait to be contacted by our campus office

3. After approval by campus office you should fill out Transfer Application - Document Portal. (See Below)
