Welcome to my website. The following list of scholarships and other forms of financial aid is organized by the month applications are due. This list is by no means exhaustive. I welcome new financial aid information that can be researched, then posted. It is a working document. Changes will be made throughout the year. So, please check it often. The latest postings will be printed in red.  When new ones are added, the red ones will be changed to black so the reader will know they are no longer the newest postings. Hopefully, you will find it helpful in obtaining financial aid for your son or daughter's post-secondary education. TVCC's Enhancing Opportunity and Excellence Through Endowment Scholarship - See Counselor at Slocum or TVCC; also, Foundation Academic Scholarships.

Teach Grant Program - Must plan to teach in high needs field or low-income school, minimum gpa of 3.25 or top 25% of class required.

Texas A&M Commerce - Honors College program, ALL SCHOOLING PAID FOR BY PROGRAM!  REQUREMENTS: Act - 27; SAT - 1200; close to top 10% of class; only 50 scholarships awarded per year; various majors allowed. Applications for Fall 2010 are already being taken. Apply NOW!  Texas A & M Commerce.org. Contact Counselor!
