Second graders in Mrs. Warrington’s and Mrs. Lawrence’s second grade classes made “Ocean in a Bottle”

Second graders in Mrs. Warrington’s and Mrs. Lawrence’s second grade classes made “Ocean in a Bottle” after reading Dear Mr. Blueberry, a story about a little girl who believes a whale is in her pond.  Her teacher, Mr. Blueberry, tries to convince her that it is really impossible for a whale to live in her pond, because whales live in the ocean. The students made their own “Ocean in a Bottle” to remind them of the main character’s problem with a whale in her pond.  We are all reading and enjoying all of our reading projects that we share.
